Chip Foundations
No accounts, no player data
Chip Foundations doesn't run user accounts, doesn't process payments, and doesn't collect any information about your gambling activity. All of that happens on the operator's own platform, under their own privacy policy, once you leave this site.
What the site itself stores
We use your browser's local storage to remember two small preferences: whether you've accepted or declined our cookie banner, and whether you've collapsed the age-notice bar during your visit. Neither is shared with any third party, and both can be cleared at any time by clearing your browser's site data.
The contact form
Our contact form doesn't submit to a server we run. Filling it in opens your own email client with a pre-filled message addressed to us; the message only reaches us if you choose to send that email. If you email us directly, we keep that correspondence only as long as needed to answer your question.
Analytics and advertising
We don't currently run third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site. If that changes, we'll update this page and our cookie policy to reflect it before rolling anything out.
Links to operator sites
Once you click through to an operator, you're on their site under their own privacy practices. We recommend checking their privacy policy separately — it's a different company with different data handling.
Your rights
Because we hold so little personal data, most requests come down to asking us to delete an email exchange, which we're happy to do — just get in touch.

If our data handling changes, we'll update this page and the "last updated" date above.
